Department of Transportation (DOT) Exams
​We are proud to offer Department of Transportation (DOT) exams. It includes a medical history review, vision and hearing tests, and a physical assessment. Completing the DOT physical results in a medical certificate, required a commercial driver's license, helping to maintain road safety. Our examiners are NRCME certified and aim to make the process efficient and stress-free. In some instances, we can even come to your location. Sports Physical

Labwork
We draw the labs in our office and send off to Quest. We usually have the results within 24-48 hours. We can use outside labwork for weight management clearance if it is within the last six months. Please note that the provider may request updated lab work, which will incur additional expenses for the client. We will always discuss this first so you have no surprises charges or fees. Cost will vary based on lab testing required​​
