Patients requiring medication refills must schedule follow-up appointments with our Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) every two months to ensure ongoing support and effective treatment. Our professional team is committed to helping you achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle through personalized strategies and regular monitoring.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change booking time please notify us 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel an appointment within the 24 hour window will result in a $50.00 reschedule fee.
